Alexandra Velescu is a seasoned professional with significant expertise in management consulting, currently serving as Principal at Kearney since November 2012 and set to lead the Bucharest office starting October 2024. Alexandra's selected experience includes leading retail and corporate business model transformations for various banks, managing pre and post-merger integrations, and optimizing processes in the financial services and energy sectors.
