Anthony Millar, MNZM, is a retired senior defence and security professional with a profound background in leadership and international relations. Their extensive career as a naval officer spanned from 1982 to 2021, focusing on navigation, surface warfare, and military-strategic policy. Since retiring, they serve as a Defence and Security Advisor at Kearney and previously held the role of Director at Hurunui Olives. Anthony's academic credentials include a Master of Philosophy in National Security and Strategy from Massey University and a Master's degree from the Dwight D.
