Balika Sonthalia

Balika Sonthalia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and consulting. Currently serving as an Alumni Board Member for Tepper School of Business, Balika holds the position of Senior Partner and Practice Leader at Kearney since July 2010, overseeing the North American Strategic Operations Practice and managing a significant team of consultants and partners. With a solid track record in leading procurement and supply chain optimization projects for Fortune 100 clients, Balika has spearheaded transformative initiatives and M&A activities within the chemicals industry. An alumna of Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business, Balika earned an MBA in Strategy, Operations, and Marketing, complemented by a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from S.N.D.T Women's University. Prior roles include impactful internships and co-founding a non-profit organization aimed at development and rehabilitation.
