Ben Kuo is a Principal at Kearney with over a decade of experience in supply chain and operations transformation, emphasizing transportation and logistics. Since June 2011, Ben has successfully led multiple high-impact projects, including designing a future network for a CPG company that generated approximately $100 million in NPV benefits, as well as transportation strategies and operational designs for prominent industrial and retail partnerships. Ben's expertise extends to assessing significant cost-saving opportunities for logistics companies and creating operational frameworks for emerging eCommerce offerings. In addition to project work, Ben has contributed as a key writer for CSCMP's Annual State of Logistics Report since 2017. Previous roles include positions at ANZ, American Express, Deloitte Australia, Atlassian, and Merck Sharp & Dohme. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business Information Technology from UNSW and has participated in exchange programs at NYU Stern School of Business and KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
