Chiara Riffaldi

Chiara Riffaldi is a Partner and previously served as Principal at Kearney from 2020 to the present, and as Senior Manager from 2015 to 2019. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Manager at Efficio between 2010 and 2014, Category Manager at Dixons Carphone from 2006 to 2009, and Senior Buyer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD in 2009 and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 2002, along with an Erasmus Exchange program at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
