Constance Mandefield

Constance Mandefield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and digital transformation within the consumer and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Principal at Kearney since October 2023, Mandefield specializes in the Consumer & Retail Practice. Previously, Mandefield worked as an independent consultant, focusing on direct-to-consumer brand launches in Southeast Asia, e-commerce strategies, and innovation platforms tailored for Gen Z customers. As the Founder and COO of Alcheme Skincare from January 2017 to September 2022, Mandefield developed personalized skincare solutions. Mandefield's earlier roles include Head of Strategy for APAC at Clarins, where advanced significant strategic initiatives, and Senior Project Manager at Oliver Wyman, with a track record of high performance. Mandefield holds degrees from ESSEC Business School and completed preparatory classes at Ecole Sainte Geneviève.
