Frances Phillips

Frances Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and metallurgical engineering. Currently serving as a Principal at Kearney since January 2018, Frances has also held roles as Manager of Consulting Services and Management Consultant. Prior to this, Frances worked at ArcelorMittal from January 2009 to December 2017, starting as a Metallurgical Engineer and advancing to Senior Process Engineer in the Blast Furnace department. Frances holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from GIBS Business School, as well as a B.Eng (Hons) and Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pretoria. Frances completed secondary education at Newcastle High School.
