Gaël Rouilloux

Gaël Rouilloux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Partner and MEA Energy lead at Kearney since May 2005. In this role, Gaël directs the Energy practice across the Middle East and Africa, focusing on various sectors, including Energy, Chemicals, Utilities, and Metals & Mining, while assisting private and government clients in growing, transforming, and navigating the Energy transition. Prior to Kearney, Gaël worked as Contracts Manager at TOTAL Exploration & Production from 2001 to 2004, where responsibilities included contracts strategy and negotiation for significant Oil & Gas development projects. Gaël's earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Ipedex - Technip Group from 1996 to 2001, focusing on business unit management and the operation and maintenance of Oil & Gas facilities. Academic qualifications include an MBA from HEC Paris, participation in an MBA exchange program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a MSc in Civil Engineering from ESTP, Paris.
