Garima Shah

Garima Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles, most recently serving as a Manager - Global HR Business Partner at Kearney from September 2022 to October 2025. In this role, Garima led cross-functional teams on strategy and transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients, achieving significant client impact exceeding $10M through the development of strategic roadmaps and operating models focused on growth and digital enablement. Prior to Kearney, Garima held various leadership positions at the Johns Hopkins Graduate Consulting Club, where responsibilities included client interactions, project management, and team leadership across multiple industries. Additional experience includes pro bono consulting for Flywheel and founding a nonprofit to support communities during the pandemic. Garima holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience and a Master of Arts in Psychology, both from The Johns Hopkins University.
