John Giudici

John Giudici is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Principal at Kearney since September 2021, John previously held key leadership positions at Heligear Acquisition Corporation and Northstar Aerospace, including Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Vice President and General Manager, where significant achievement included co-leading the enterprise-wide Hoshin strategy session. Prior to that, John was a Senior Program Manager at ArvinMeritor, successfully leading a $200 million defense program, and also held roles at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic operations. John holds a Masters of Management in Manufacturing (MMM) and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
