Kate Hart

Kate Hart is an accomplished Senior Partner at Kearney, where responsibilities include leading the ANZ Consumer & Retail Practice and driving the sustainability agenda across the APAC region. With extensive experience across various leadership roles, Kate has managed broad client portfolios in the Consumer and Retail sectors, as well as strategic operations in ANZ. Additionally, involvement as a Non-Executive Director for Chief Executive Women and various roles at Westbourne Grammar School further highlights a commitment to leadership and strategic insight. Kate's educational background includes an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a dual Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UNSW, and recent completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
