Kaushika Madhavan

Kaushika Madhavan has extensive experience in management consulting, currently serving as a Senior Partner and Managing Partner & Country Head for India at Kearney since December 2006. Prior to this, Kaushika was an Associate Director at KPMG from 2002 to 2006 and held the position of Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting between 1999 and 2002. Early in the career, Kaushika worked as an Executive Engineer at Larsen & Toubro from 1994 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad obtained between 1997 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics & Instrumentation from Annamalai University, completed in 1994.
