Louis Avenant

Louis Avenant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and legal practice. Currently serving as Principal at Kearney since November 2019, Louis has managed a diplomacy and international policy program for a multilateral forum and developed a cloud computing strategy for a GCC nation. Prior roles include Manager at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, and Manager in the Regulatory and Compliance department at KPMG South Africa, where involvement included policy and regulatory research for various government spheres. Earlier experience includes roles as an attorney at Podbielski Mhlambi Inc. Attorneys Pretoria, focusing on corporate commercial litigation, and as an assistant lecturer at the University of Pretoria, teaching information literacy. Louis holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law, along with multiple Bachelor's degrees in Law, Commerce, and Economics from the University of Pretoria.
