Marcin Okonski

Marcin Okonski is a seasoned professional in management consulting with extensive experience at Kearney since July 2008, currently serving as Partner & Managing Director after progressing from Principal. Marcin has successfully led over 50 projects for various global companies, combining local expertise in Poland with significant international exposure across multiple countries, including Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Switzerland, Russia, France, Germany, and Turkey. Previously, Marcin held roles at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, focusing on telecommunications and media strategy, and contributed to strategic projects at notable firms such as UBS Wealth Management, Ernst and Young Corporate Finance, and The Boston Consulting Group. Marcin holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, supplemented by studies at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business.
