Michael Brackney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global marketing and business development, currently serving as the Global Director for Marketing BD, Tech & Analytics, and Digital at Kearney since 2013. Brackney leads multiple global marketing functions and manages a diverse team of over 30 colleagues across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. Previously, Brackney held roles such as Director and Global Head of Digital Marketing, where the focus was on account-based marketing and data analytics. Additionally, Brackney has a strong background in client insights, having established an enterprise-wide function supporting global business development in less than a year. With a career that began at BHP Billiton as a Biofuels Market Analyst, Brackney also has experience in leadership and project management from the University of Michigan Solar Car Team.
