Michael Ooms

Michael Ooms is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and consulting. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at Kearney since July 2016, Michael has advanced through multiple roles, including Principal and Manager, with a focus on private equity due diligence, generic pharmaceuticals, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, Michael co-founded EurDecor, achieving significant revenue growth while managing sales and operations from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, Michael held roles at M&T Bank, where responsibilities included managing staff and improving operational procedures, and completed an MBA at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2016. Michael's early career includes experience in IT and marketing for various companies, contributing to significant sales and operational improvements.
