Mitja Ucakar

Mitja Ucakar serves as a Director at Kearney since October 2020, specializing in management, digital, and technology strategy to facilitate clients' digital and operational transformations. Previously, Mitja held the position of Executive Director of Information Technology - CIO at SID banka, overseeing the bank's technology strategy. Experience also includes roles at NLB d.d. as an Advisor to the management board and General Manager - Chief Enterprise Architect, where leadership in enterprise architecture and IT strategy was pivotal for large-scale technology transformations. Additional roles span various leadership positions in banking and business development, with a strong focus on IT governance, application architecture, and strategic consultancy. Mitja holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maribor and further studied Economics and Finance at Uppsala University.
