Neelesh Hundekari

Neelesh Hundekari is a seasoned management professional with over two decades of experience in consulting and organizational change. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Kearney since January 2007, Neelesh has held increasing responsibilities including Partner and Principal roles. Prior to Kearney, Neelesh was a Director at KPMG in India from March 2003 to January 2007 and served as Head of Change Enablement at Andersen Business Consulting from May 2000 to March 2003. Earlier in the career, Neelesh worked as Chief Manager at The Arvind Mills Ltd from 1994 to 1999. Neelesh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
