Philip J. Rauen IV

Philip J. Rauen IV is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As a Senior Partner at Kearney since September 2018, Philip has also held positions as Partner and Senior Advisor within the same firm. Prior to Kearney, Philip served as Client Partner at Conduent for a brief period in early 2018 and led Rauen Advisory Services as President throughout 2017. Philip held significant responsibilities at Rogers Communications as SVP of Procurement and Supplier Management from December 2011 to November 2016, and spent over two decades at Accenture, ultimately achieving the title of Partner before leaving in 2011. Philip earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, with earlier education at Rockhurst High School.
