Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Kearney since 2025, Philipp previously held multiple senior executive positions at HP between 2013 and 2025, including Senior Vice President of Transformation and Senior Vice President & General Manager of End-to-End Solutions. Notable achievements at HP include the establishment of a $10 billion Solutions business unit centered on AI and digital services, leading the transformation of HP into a Fortune 100 company, and executing key acquisitions that bolstered revenue growth.
