Piers Jess

Piers Jess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in reward and employment tax management. Currently serving as the Global Reward & Employment Tax Manager at Kearney since January 2023, Piers has held senior managerial positions at Ernst & Young and KPMG UK, where responsibilities included leading global mobility services technology engagements and designing incentive plans for various organizations. Piers also accumulated valuable experience at Deloitte UK and as a Business Analyst at Experian. Piers holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a Master of Engineering degree in Materials, Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.
