Rajeev Prabhakar

Rajeev Prabhakar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, particularly in mergers and acquisitions due diligence across various industries, including flexible polymer packaging, specialty materials, and energy trading. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Kearney since January 2023, Rajeev has previously held roles at Kearney from 2011 to 2022, including Partner and Principal, developing strategic options for global companies and enhancing operations in complex supply chains. Prior leadership roles include General Manager at ACI, a division of Air Liquide, where Rajeev advanced oxy-burner technology, and Group Manager at Air Liquide, focusing on energy efficiency and emissions reduction technologies. Rajeev holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, an MS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
