Sarah Helm

Sarah Helm is a Partner at Kearney, where since October 2014, leadership has centered on helping global clients navigate complex transformational change programs, particularly in the Consumer, Health, and Financial Services industries. Previous roles at Kearney included Principal and Manager, focusing on organizational design, global transformation, and technology transfer. Earlier experience includes positions at CambridgeIP, where Sarah managed business development and provided IP advisory services, and at WWF and Gulf Restoration Network, where research and stakeholder engagement efforts supported environmental initiatives. Sarah holds an MSc in Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford and a BS in Environmental Geosciences from Texas A&M University.
