Shakil Nathoo

Shakil Nathoo is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in industry and consulting across Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Chemicals. Currently a Partner at Kearney, Shakil has held roles as Vice President and Director of the Procurement & Analytic Solutions Practice, leading significant engagements such as commercial negotiations for a UK Bank’s BPO deal involving a £20bn mortgage book and designing strategic sourcing initiatives for various multinational clients. Prior experience includes consulting roles at North West Capital Management and interim management positions at TJX Europe, where Shakil achieved substantial savings and efficiency improvements. Earlier in career, Shakil managed a packaging business unit at Alpha Group and contributed to sales growth at Application Networks Inc. Shakil holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Economics & Accounting from the University of Bristol.
