Siddharth Jain is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and consulting. As a Managing Partner and Country Head at Kearney since June 2008, Siddharth has led the Strategic Operations Practice for the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on cross-unit collaboration and operational transformation across consumer and industrial sectors. Siddharth has authored several publications, including notable works on green mobility solutions and the cement industry. Previous experience includes an equity analyst role at Goldman Sachs and a business analyst position at ANZ Banking Group. Siddharth holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
