Matthew Ng

Matthew Ng is a Principal at Kearney, having progressed through various roles since September 2018, where expertise includes consulting in Southeast Asia across sectors such as telecommunications, logistics, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to Kearney, Matthew held an internship at Weengs as a Strategy Analyst, focusing on fleet operations optimization. Previous roles include Technical Project Lead and Process Development Engineer at pladis Global, specializing in process installation and optimization, and contributions as an Incident Management, Data & Information Analyst, and Manufacturing Line Manager at United Biscuits, which involved KPI transformation and team management. Early experience includes a student role as a Process Engineer at CB&I. Matthew holds an MBA from London Business School and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from UCL.
