Soon Ghee Chua

Soon Ghee Chua is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Partner in the Global Talent Team at Kearney since October 2019, Soon Ghee holds a history of driving significant growth, having managed P&L and people across Southeast Asia as Managing Partner from January 2013 to September 2019. Additional roles include Independent Director at Keppel DC REIT, where responsibilities encompass the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the ESG Committee, and a Board Member for IMDA, contributing to the leadership of Singapore's infocomm media industry. Soon Ghee has also held a distinguished position as Chief of Staff in the Singapore Army, achieving the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. The educational background includes a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Caltech.
