Stefan Marcu

Stefan Marcu is a Senior Partner and Director of the Global Board at Kearney, having held various leadership positions since joining the firm in February 2005, including Managing Director roles in Central and Eastern Europe, Poland, and Romania. As a member of the Global Partner Selection Committee, Stefan plays a key role in evaluating and selecting new equity partners. Prior to Kearney, Stefan served as CEE Business Development Manager at Brilux SA Poland from June 2003 to January 2005. Academic credentials include participation in the Directors' Consortium at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, the Corporate Governance Program at Columbia Business School, a Master's degree in Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București, and a language certificate from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
