Stephanie Thomas

Stephanie Thomas is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across diverse regions including the Middle East, Africa, US, UK, and Asia. Currently serving as HR Director for Kearney, Stephanie has spearheaded HR functions, strategic planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations since 2012. Prior roles include Group HR Director at RMJM, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of HR policies across multiple regions, as well as Regional HR Manager, where Stephanie established HR departments and led significant operational improvements. Additional experience includes roles at ANC Contracting LLC, The Human Angle, and SOCRATES HR, contributing to HR consultancy, performance management, and organizational development. Stephanie holds a Master of Science and Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with certification as a psychologist, enhancing expertise in human resources management and training.
