Diwan Hermawan

Diwan Hermawan has extensive experience in human resources and hospitality management, currently serving as the Director of HR Technology for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Marriott International since January 2016. Prior roles at Marriott International include Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, and Complex HR Manager - Services. Before this tenure, Diwan worked at Accor as the Ambassador Experience Manager and gained valuable experience at Raffles Dubai in various HR roles, including Colleague Services Executive and HR Coordinator. Diwan's career in hospitality began with a role as Concierge at Marriott International from May 2005 to September 2007.
