Sumit Malhotra

Sumit Malhotra is a senior technology-oriented business leader currently serving as a Partner at Kearney, where they lead the IT Due Diligence and Post Deal IT Value Creation team across Europe. With extensive experience in M&A transactions, technology due diligence, and performance improvement, Kearney has established a new practice that generates over $20 million in revenue. Prior to this, Sumit held senior roles at Alvarez & Marsal, EY, and Accenture, focusing on private equity and corporate IT M&A. They earned a BS in Management Science from the University of Maryland and an EMBA in Finance from Cass Business School.
