Tanya Khera

Tanya Khera is a Principal at Kearney, where extensive experience includes leading projects in Cost Transformation, Organisation Transformation, Manpower Productivity Improvement, Strategy, New Product Launch, Profitability Improvement, and Strategic PMO/implementation across South East Asia and South Asia. Prior roles at Kearney included Manager, Associate, and Consultant. Tanya's earlier experience includes a brief internship at IPE Global Limited and a summer internship at Deloitte U.S. India offices, where a Salesforce.com application was developed. Tanya has also interned at Save the Children in India, focusing on enhancing IT systems. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a CEMS Masters in International Management from the University of Cologne, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
