Adam Yurkanin

Adam Yurkanin, CPA has a wealth of experience in the accounting field. Adam started their career as a Senior Accountant at Kearney & Company in 2008, where they worked until 2011. During this time, they gained valuable experience in financial accounting and auditing.

In 2011, Adam joined The Newport Group as an Associate, Accounting Services. Adam was responsible for auditing and delivering reports to over 100 clients on a monthly basis. Adam also successfully led a project to automate a monthly report, showcasing their technical skills and ability to streamline processes.

Adam returned to Kearney & Company in 2012 as a Senior Manager. In this role, they provided audit readiness and audit liaison support services to an Other Defense Organization (ODO) of the Department of Defense (DoD). As the Team Lead, they supervised a team of 12, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the agency's auditor during their first financial statement audit.
