Elvyn Shulterbron

Elvyn Shulterbron has several years of diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Kearney & Company starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) for nearly two decades.

During their time in the USMC, Elvyn held multiple positions of increasing responsibility. Elvyn served as an Operations Manager at the Staff Noncommissioned Officer Academy, where they assisted the Academy's Director and Deputy Director with management, training, and operations. Elvyn also acted as a mentor and role model for students and staff members. Elvyn later became a Faculty Advisor, providing instruction, guidance, and supervision to senior enlisted military service members and international military students. Elvyn developed and delivered advanced educational program curriculum, mentoring over 360 individuals.

Elvyn's experience in logistics management includes roles as a Logistics Manager and Client Manager at Marine Corps University, where they advised the university's Director of Logistics and Commanding General on logistics, training, education, and welfare matters. Elvyn also served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor responsible for the daily operations of the facility. Additionally, they acted as a Logistics Manager and Operations Manager, coordinating logistic support for exercises and operations in Southeast Asia and overseeing the daily operations of over 235 joint personnel.

Elvyn's supply chain management experience includes roles as a Supply Chain Manager, where they assisted the Supply Officer with planning, coordination, contracting, and budgeting. Elvyn managed large amounts of organizational equipment, totaling over $100 million and $150 million in two different roles. Elvyn also served as an Inventory Control Manager, managing the day-to-day operations of various functional areas, including acquisition, storage, distribution, fiscal operations, and warehouse operations.

Furthermore, Elvyn worked as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for the USMC, acting as a liaison between the local community and the organization. Elvyn recruited in designated areas, determined candidate eligibility, counseled applicants, and processed qualified individuals. Elvyn also coached and developed other recruiters and managed candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Elvyn began their career in the USMC as a Logistics and Supply Administration Supervisor, where they assisted the Supply Officer in daily supply operations and maintained strict accountability of organizational equipment. Elvyn was also responsible for managing an $18 million property account and maintaining financial or account records.

Elvyn Shulterbron pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice from St. Thomas Aquinas College from 2004 to 2006. Afterward, they attended Utica University in 2019 and 2020, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Financial Crime and Compliance. Continuing their education, Elvyn completed a Master's degree in Forensic Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 2020 and 2022. Additionally, Elvyn holds several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training from CPI Performance Excellence in June 2015, Manager (Retail Trade) certification from the Department of Labour in November 2012, Counselor (Professional & Kindred) certification from the Department of Labour in April 2010, and Professional Selling Skills certification from Achieve Global in December 2007.
