Robert Fuhrmann

Robert Fuhrmann, CPA, has extensive experience in various roles within the accounting industry. Robert began their career at ICI Paints, The Glidden Company, where they served as a Tax Analyst and Senior Corporate Accountant. During their time there, they managed the preparation of personal property tax returns, integrated new tax reporting software, and designed and implemented a database to improve financial reporting efficiency.

Fuhrmann then joined Forest City Enterprises as a Supervisor of SEC Reporting, where they were responsible for preparing and reviewing SEC filings, researching accounting pronouncements, and monitoring property audits to ensure compliance with lenders' requirements. Robert later transitioned to Forest City Realty Trust, Inc. as a Supervisor of Internal Audit. In this role, they supervised audit teams, executed SOX 404 management testing processes, and identified and executed process improvements to streamline operations.

Fuhrmann's most recent experience was at Kearney & Company, where they served as an Audit Manager. Robert managed a team of auditors and conducted financial statement audits for various federal agencies. Robert performed internal control assessments, tests of controls, and substantive testing of financial accounts, and reviewed testing and documented process and control deficiencies.

Throughout their career, Fuhrmann has demonstrated expertise in building and improving SOX compliance, contributing to process improvements, and increasing efficiencies. Robert is known as a subject matter expert in their field and has a strong record of accomplishments.

Robert Fuhrmann, CPA has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University. Robert also holds an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Baldwin Wallace University. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Accountancy Board of Ohio in January 2014.
