Abby Fernandes

Abby Fernandes is an experienced educator with a focus on early childhood education. Currently serving as a Kindergarten and First Grade Teacher at Kearsarge Regional School District since July 2015, Abby emphasizes engaging and adaptable teaching methods tailored to diverse student needs. Additionally, Abby has been a Substitute Teacher at SAU 24 and Sugar & Spice Pre-School since 2013, effectively following lesson plans for students from Pre-K to eighth grade. Prior to these teaching roles, Abby worked as a Senior Booker at New England Models Group from 2008 to 2013, where responsibilities included marketing and scheduling for over 300 models and actors. Abby also held the position of Guest Services Manager at Simon Property Group from 2004 to 2008, overseeing significant sales of gift cards. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
