Riya Saxena

Riya Saxena has a diverse work experience in the field of client relationship management and talent acquisition. Riya began their career in 2017 as a Technical Recruiter at Next Level Business Services, Inc., where they were responsible for performing needs analysis, requirements definition, consulting on sourcing strategies, recruiting, and screening. In 2018, they joined Pyramid Consulting, Inc., where they worked as a Delivery Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2020, they were hired by Tata Consultancy Services as a Hiring Partners/Talent Acquisition Specialist/Team Lead- Global TAG (Contractual). Most recently, in 2021, they joined Epsilon Solutions Ltd. as a Client Relationship Manager and in 2022 they were promoted to Senior Client Relationship Manager at Keasis.

Riya Saxena attended Galotias University from 2015 to 2018 where they earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources.
