Mianda K. Bashala

Mianda Bashala is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Group where she helps clients meet their business objectives and minimize liability. Her practice currently includes a wide range of labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining KMK Law, Mianda was adjunct professor and served as labor counsel for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Human Resources Division. Mianda earned her Master of Arts in Human Resources from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business, University of Cincinnati in 2020 and she earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2005. Mianda earned her B.A. in Political Science in 2002, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts.
