KeBeK Private Equity is a private equity firm investing in Benelux SMEs alongside entrepreneurs, families and management teams. 

We are specialists in SMEs looking to grow to their next phase. KeBeK typically invests in healthy small and medium-sized companies (€2-6m EBITDA) active in attractive niche segments of proven industries that have potential for value enhancement. Companies are based in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.

We focus on deals with entrepreneurs and families looking for a (financial) partner. Next to supporting companies and their shareholders in their next phase of development, transactions with KeBeK are often a solution for transition of capital and management, and an attractive alternative to keep independence. 

KeBeK's team is working together for c. 20 years, as the 4 founding partners joined forces since their time at KBC Private Equity. We have a long-standing track-record with 30+ portfolio companies invested and 30+ add-ons realised. Every deal is approached with an entrepreneurial mind-set, and a no-nonsense, fair and sustainable approach. 

When supporting companies, we focus on value creation strategies combining: 
(i) organic growth (roll-out, push, penetrate markets / channels, expand offerings)
(ii) reinforcement in organization, operations, processes, systems
(iii) buy-and-build or consolidation plays
KeBeK is then acting as sounding board and support to management and partners.

KeBeK raised, invested and (in part) exited 3 funds (2013, 2015, 2019). Currently a 4th fund is being raised. Investors that trusted us and invested in KeBeK funds are (ex-)managers, entrepreneurs, families / family offices and institutionals. They contribute to our networks, deals and companies.
