Richard Van Weert

Richard joined Kebony in 2021 as COO. Prior to Kebony, he held various leadership roles across a wide range of industries, from Cosmetics, FMCG, and building & construction. Richard is an authentic leader with a broad background and large experience in operations. He has always had a strong commercial mindset and a passion for developing companies. Richard has a solid track record in revitalizing and transforming organizations by developing an organizational culture that is aimed at professionalizing processes in which transparency, entrepreneurship, and solution-oriented action are central. Richard studied Technical Business Administration and completed various leadership training/courses.
