Rashmi Bharty is a seasoned professional in project management and design coordination, currently serving as Chief Manager - Interface and Coordination for the DMRC Phase-IV project at KEC International Ltd. since January 2020. Previously, Rashmi held several key positions, including Senior Manager - Interface & Design at RCC Infraventures Limited and Manager - Design Coordination at GMR Group, where responsibilities included managing interfaces for major infrastructure projects and ensuring design compliance. Early career experiences at Fluor Corporation and Roark Consulting involved significant contributions to project integration, team leadership, and cross-discipline collaboration. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Kalinga University, Raipur, and Meera Bai Institute of Technology.
