Santanu Choudhury

Santanu Choudhury, PMP, is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at KEC International Ltd. since August 2022, Santanu leads Industrial and Data Centre Operations for the North and East regions. Prior roles include Senior General Manager at JMC Projects (India) Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed heading Industrial EPC Projects, and Senior Deputy General Manager at Larsen & Toubro, overseeing the Project Implementation Team for various EPC Bulk Material Handling projects. Additional experience includes significant positions at McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited, Himadri Chemicals and Industries Ltd., and Larsen & Toubro, where Santanu managed large-scale projects, including the construction of the world's longest single belt conveyor. Santanu holds an Engineer's Degree in Production Engineering from BIT Sindri and completed high school at St. Xavier's School in Bokaro Steel City.
