Megan Strickland

Megan Strickland is a marketing and communications specialist currently employed at Montana Technological University since January 2022. With a comprehensive background in media and customer service, Megan has held various roles including production assistant at NBC Montana, receptionist at Missoula Property Management, and commission sales associate at Adair Jewelers. Previously, Megan owned and published Daily News East Texas, achieving significant audience growth, and worked as a crime reporter and page designer at Hagadone Printing Company. Early reporting experience includes roles at Valley Journal, The Daily Texan, and Sabine County Reporter. Megan holds a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and is pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Montana State University-Northern.
