Alison Bell Rainey

Alison Bell Rainey is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media relations, communications, and writing. Currently serving as a Senior Media Relations Specialist at Keck Medicine of USC since September 2019, Alison has previously held various roles in communications at Hillsides from September 2013 to August 2019, culminating in the position of Director of Communications and Social Media. Prior to this, Alison worked as a freelance writer, journalist, and book author, contributing to publications such as the Los Angeles Times and Parenting from 1992 to 2013. Alison's earlier experience includes producing reality television for several production companies between 1988 and 1992. Academically, Alison holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Occidental College.
