Ehtram Mirza has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1994, Mirza worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Horizon Moving Systems and later at Horizon Systems, where they led market share tracking and data warehouse projects for major pharmaceutical companies. In 1997, Mirza became a Project Leader at US Clearing, leading various projects until 2001. From 2001 to 2006, Mirza was a DB Projects Leader at Motion Picture, supporting Oracle and SQL Server databases and leading projects related to documents management, finance, and audits.
In 2006, Mirza joined Molina Healthcare as a Lead DBA, and later held several roles within the company, including Technical Lead Enterprise Infrastructure and IT Enterprise Infrastructure Services. In these roles, they managed teams and implemented processes and automation to streamline operations, as well as managed encryption, migration, and upgrade projects.
Mirza then joined Children Hospital Los Angeles in 2007 as Lead DB Projects, where they led the implementation of financial and clinical apps and were involved in research, BI, dashboard, and healthcare analytics initiatives.
Most recently, in 2017, Mirza became the Enterprise Data Analytics Team Lead at Keck Medicine of USC.
Ehtram Mirza's education history includes obtaining a Diploma in Computer Science from Petroman Enar Petro Tech in 1984-1985. They also earned a Diploma from Columbia Engineering in 1994-1996, with a focus on RDBMS, Structure Analysis & Design, and Software Development. In 2001, Ehtram attended UCLA and received a degree in Crystal, specializing in IT. They furthered their education at California State University, Fullerton in 2005-2006, earning a degree in RDBMS with a focus on Oracle 10G. In 2014, Ehtram attended Global Knowledge to obtain an ITIL degree. They also hold certifications in ITIL from AXELOS (obtained in 2014) and PMP from QuickSTART training & consulting (obtained in 2012). Furthermore, Ehtram studied finance and financial management services at Karachi University from 1986 to 1991.
