Josh M. Pashman

Josh M. Pashman is a seasoned strategic finance leader currently serving as the Associate Administrator (AVP) for Strategy and Business Development at Keck Medicine of USC since May 2011. With extensive experience in health system strategic finance, Josh has successfully overseen major capital projects exceeding $400 million, focusing on ambulatory network expansion, hospital mergers and acquisitions, and service line development. Previous roles include Director of Strategy and Business Development, and Assistant Director at USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, where Josh launched the Adolescent and Young Adult cancer program. Additionally, Josh has held strategic analytical positions at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and managed international healthcare initiatives with Yale and Chemonics International. Educational qualifications include an MBA and MPH from Yale, along with dual bachelor's degrees from the University of Michigan.
