Randy Kautz, MBA, MHA, CPC, COC, CPC-I, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Randy has recently served as the Director of Coding at Keck Medicine of USC. Prior to this, Randy held the position of Divisional Director of Coding and Charge Capture at Dignity Health Medical Foundation. Randy also has experience as a Coding Consultant at On Assignment HIM and as the President/Owner of Kautz Consulting, LLC. Earlier in their career, Randy worked as the COO at Suncoast Medical Clinic and as the Regional Director of Operations at Hospital Corporation of America. Randy also held the role of Director of Coding, Compliance, and Education at Diagnostic Clinic and Manager of Compliance Training and Monitoring at Emory Healthcare. Randy's work experience spans over two decades, showcasing their expertise in coding, compliance, and operations within the healthcare industry.

Randy Kautz, MBA, MHA, CPC, COC, CPC-I, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia in 1984. Randy then pursued further education and completed an MBA, MHA program at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 1985 to 1988, specializing in Health Administration.
