Saba Jafarpour

Saba Jafarpour serves as the Director of the Leukodystrophy Program and Attending Physician at Children's Hospital Los Angeles since July 2020, following a role as a Fellow in Neuroimmunology and Academic Chief Resident in Neurology. Currently, Saba is a Pediatric Neurology Resident Physician at Keck Medicine of USC and holds a position as Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics. Additionally, Saba was a Junior Member of the Scientific Committee at the Child Neurology Society from October 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes a Pediatrics Residency at Mayo Clinic and a Research Fellowship in Neurology at Boston Children's Hospital. Saba obtained a Doctor of Medicine from Tehran University of Medical Sciences and advanced MD degrees with focus areas in Neurology and Pediatrics from prestigious institutions including Harvard Medical School and the Keck School of Medicine of USC.
