William Dunne

William Dunne is a seasoned professional in emergency management and public health, currently serving as the Director of Security & Parking Services at Keck Medicine of USC since February 2024, while also holding the position of Senior Instructor in Public Health Sciences at Penn State College of Medicine since April 2022. Previously, William directed emergency management and business continuity at Penn State Health from January 2022 to February 2024, managing complex programs for a major academic medical center. William's extensive experience includes a long tenure at UCLA Health, where roles included Administrative Director of Emergency Preparedness and Security Services, overseeing significant operational aspects of a large health system. With early career experience as Chief of Operations for Suffield Ambulance Association, William's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Homeland Defense and Security from the Naval Postgraduate School and two degrees from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, consolidating a strong foundation in emergency health services.
