Yelim Lee

Yelim (Autumn) Lee is a researcher at Keck Medicine of USC since December 2018, specializing in data processing and automation. Previous experience includes an internship at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2020 and undergraduate research roles at Caltech's Pachter Lab and Khoshnan Lab from 2018 to 2019. At the Pachter Lab, Yelim developed a framework for automating single-cell RNA data processing and utilized Python with Google API for data handling, securing a $6K grant for research activities. In the Khoshnan Lab, Yelim focused on the effects of antibiotic treatment on Drosophila models related to Huntington’s Disease, earning recognition as a Rossum Family SURF Scholar. Yelim completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Caltech from 2017 to 2021.
